Every spell that you and your opponents cast

Embarrassed Citizen creature dies, flip it over
and cast the revealed spell without paying its
mana cost. If the revealed spell has a converted
mana cost of five or greater, put a card from your
hand onto the battlefield facedown as a 2/2
colorless Embarrassed Citizen creature. Each Embarrassed Citizen creature has "{t}: Add {c} to your mana pool."
