At the beginning of each end step, you may exile
an instant or sorcery card from your hand with a
ritual counter on it. Whenever you do, you may
gain 2 life, scry 1, or have target player lose 2 life.
Pay any amount of mana: Note the amount and
the type spent. If all the mana spent this game on
this ability would suffice to pay the mana cost
of a spell in exile with a ritual counter on it, you
may cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
