When High Priestess of Issapolis enters play,
target opponent must Excommunicate a
random card from their hand.
(Excommunicated cards are placed in a seperate
plie, next to the affected players graveyard.
Excommunicated cards remain in this pile
until the next time the graveyard is shuffled
into the deck. At that point, all Excommunicated
cards are shuffeled into the deck as well.)
