High Voltage

Card Cost: 400 GP
Cardholder and his/her team must calculate the difference between the total XP of their team
and that of the team that has the most total XP. The playing of High Voltage then results in the Cardholder and each of his/her teammates receiving an equal share of the difference calculated above.
