Hijack Storm

Exile two cards from graveyards or each
player mills two cards. Then, exile an
instant or sorcery card with the highest
mana value from a graveyard, then cast a
copy of that spell without paying its mana
cost. If the exiled card's mana value was 2 or less, copy it twice instead.
