Hinder the Beginning

Suspend 4 - {r}{r}{r}
Destroy one land you control and up to two lands you don't control. Each player may
then choose another player. Deal X damage
to the chosen player/s, where X is the
number of lands destroyed this way. If
an opponent chooses a player, repeat
this process.
