Hindering Roots

Whenever a creature becomes tapped, put a
root counter on it. If a creature with a root
counter on it would untap during its
controller's untap step, remove all root
counters from it instead.
De-escalate — At the beginning of each
upkeep, you gain 1 life for each creature
that has three or more counters on it.
