When Hingent Bodyguard enters the battlefield,
put a protection counter on another target
creature.
It is against the law for opponents to target
creatures with protection counters.
Whenever an opponent breaks the law, you may
pay {1}. If you do, Hingent Bodyguard gets +1/+1
until end of turn.
