Hit and Run Tactics

Whenever you would return a creature to
your hand, you may exile it and put a
Tactics counter on it.
You may cast creatures from exile by removing a Tactics counter from them in addition to paying any casting costs.
If you cast a creature this way, you gain
life equal to its power.
