Hive Emergence

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield
under your control, you may remove a pollen counter from a permanent you control. If you
do, put a pollen counter on target creature you control.

Whenever another noncreature permanent
enters the battlefield under your control, put a pollen counter on it.
