At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1
counter on Hive Minded Ooze.
If Hive Minded Ooze is dealt damage, you may
sacrifice a land. If you do, prevent this damage
and remove a +1/+1 counter from Hive Minded
Ooze and create two 1/1 Ooze creature tokens
with, "Sacrifice this creature, you lose 1 life: Put
a +1/+1 counter on target Ooze you control at
the beginning of the next end step."
