create X 1/1 green Insect tokens where X is the
number of creatures in your graveyard.
Tap an untapped Insect you control: Add {g} or {b}.
{1}{b}{g}: Put a -1/-1 counter on target creature
and Populate. (Create a token that's a copy of a
creature token you control.)
