Hivis of the Journey

Whenever you cast a Dragon or Viashino, you
may put a +1/+1 counter Hivis of the Journey.
Remove three +1/+1 counters from Hivis of the Journey, {t}: Take control of target Dragon.
Then, you may move any number of +1/+1 counters from Hivis to that Dragon.
While you control fewer creatures than there are +1/+1 counters on Hivis of the Journey, you may not attack or block with this creature.
