At the beginning of your upkeep, if Hizalmot, Locked in Time is in
exile and you've taken an extra turn this game, each opponent draws
a card and untaps up to one nonland permanent they control.
Whenever you cast a spell that would cause you to take an extra
turn, you may exile Hizalmot. If you do, copy that spell, then
