If a player would draw a card during their
draw phase, that player looks at the top
three cards instead. Puts one card in their
hand and the rest on the bottom of his or
her library in any order.
Whenever a player rolls (Chaos), That player
looks at the top three cards of their library,
casts one and put the rest on the bottom of
his or her library in any order.
