At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are no
cards in any player's hand, put a +1/+1 counter on
The Hollow Men.
{b}{b}{b}, Sacrifice a creature: Return target creature card
from a graveyard to the battlefield under your
control. It gains haste until end of turn. Exile it at
the beginning of the next end step.
