Hallowed Necromancer's power is equal to the
amount of zombies you control.
As long as Hallowed Necromancer is on the battlefield, all creatures your opponents control
have defender. If an opponent controls a creature with defender, they may pay {3} anytime during their
turn. If they do, target creature that opponent controls loses defender.
