Your weapon emits bright light in a 30 ft radius
and dim light for an additional 30 ft. Weapon
attacks made with it deal an extra 2d8 radiant
damage. The weapon is considered magical.
As a bonus action, each creature within 30 ft of
the weapon makes a Con save. On a failure, it
takes 4d8 radiant damage, and is blinded for 1
minute. On a success, it takes half damage and
