At the beginning of each end step, if a creature
dies this turn, draw a card.
Whenever a creature you control dies, you may
pay {3}{b}, if you do return it into the battlefield
under your control. It gains "When this
permanent is put into a graveyard from the
battlefield, exile it and draw a card."
