Hood of Feline Fancies

The ears atop this strange hood seem to move and
flick as if they where connected to its wearer.
While attuned to the hood the wearer gains
advantage on any perception checks
involving hearing or smelling.
Once per day the wearer can activate eyes of the
cat granting true sight for 1 minute, this ability recharges on a long rest.
