When Hope strangler deals combat damage to a player, that player gets an emblem with
"Whenever your life total exceeds {x},
set it back to {x} where {x} was your life total after
Hope strangler dealt combat damage to you."
You may cast Hope strangler from exile if it
doesn't have a Hope counter on it.
When you do, put a Hope counter on it.
