Hopeless Fugitive

Hopeless Fugitive enters the battlefield under
control of an opponent of your choice.
Whenever a creature you control attacks a
player, that player gains life equal to half its
power rounded down and you lose that much life.
At the beginning of your second main phase, if
you have no creatures in play, sacrifice Hopeless Fugitive.
