When you put your 3rd education counter on a creature, you and that player both draw a card.
When you put your 5th education counter on a creature, you and that player both draw a card.
If at any point a player puts their 5th education counter on a creature, if every creature that
player controls had 5 or more education counters
on it, you and that player draw cards equal
to the number of creatures th
