Horde Prime

You may cast Horde Prime from your graveyard
or from exile by exiling a creature you control
with a chip counter on it in addition to paying its
other costs.
When Horde Prime enters the battlefield, put a
chip counter on each creature you control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a chip
counter on target creature. Gain control of that creature for as long as it has a chip counter on it.
