Horn of the Ogre

As an action you may sound the horn. When you do so all creatures of your choice within 30ft must make
a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, or be frightened for
1 minute. A creature can repeat this save at the end
of each of its turns ending the effect on a success.
You may use this horn twice, after which it cannot
be used again until you complete a Long Rest.
