When Horny Jail deals damage to a player, exile
target permanent that contains a thirst-trap in its
art until Horny Jail leaves the battlefield. Your opponent can't cast cards with the same name as
the exiled permanent. As long as a permanent
remains exiled by the effect of Horny Jail, it
doesn't untap during your untap step.
