At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep, that player puts the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard, where X is the number of cards in that player's hand.
Enchanted player draws an additional card each turn.
Enchanted player gains an additional cleanup step directly proceeding their draw step.
