As an additional cost to cast Horrific Genesis, sacrifice a colorless creature.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put two +1/+1 counters on each non-colorless creature you control.
Each creature you control with a +1/+1 counter
on it is an Eldrazi in addition to its other types
and has devoid. (It is colorless and loses all other colors.)
