Horror Rising

Horror Rising enters the battlefield with X Time counters on it.

At the beginning of each end step, remove a Time counter from Horror Rising. If there are no more Time counters on this enchantment, search your library for a creature card with converted mana cost
X or less. If that creature is a Horror, Kraken, Leviathan, Serpent, or God, place it into play tapped. Otherwise, shuffle your library and place it
on top.
