Hostile Dissolution

Exile target land. At the beginning of its controller's upkeep, he or she flips a coin. If he or she wins the flip, put the land from exile onto the battlefield under its owner's control.
Gone may be the kingdom, from all maps and memory. But its ruins remain, ready to be returned to its former glory.
