When Hot potato enters play place a steam token
on it, than roll a 20 side dice lowest roll takes
custody of Hot potato. during your upkeep
choose 1
-pay {1} for each steam token
-pay 1 life for each steam token and
remove them.
than add a steam token and roll again.
