and each player creates X 0/1 treasure tokens
where X is how many cards in their hand.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have 10
or more brick counters on Hour of Devastation,
you win the game.
Whenever a land is destroyed, put a brick counter
on Hour of Devastation.
