Hour of Transformation can't be countered.
Select any number of target creatures on the battlefield. Transform those creatures. If a Werewolf would transform this way, creatures you control gain first strike until end of turn.
Most of Innistrad hunts at night, human or not. The thing is, those that are not human seem to survive longer than those that are.
