Hourglass's Curse

Enchant Player
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep,
that player puts a sand counter on a creature
they control.
Creatures with sand counters get -1/-1 for each
sand counter on that creature.
Whenever a creature with a sand counter dies, if
it had no damage counters, exile it underneath
Hourglass's Curse. Then, if you control no
permanents with sand counters, return all cards
exiled with Hourglass's Curse to the battlefield.
