This card may be played against another
guild at any time. For the next 24 hours the
guild must say the word "meow" after every
sentence. The guild loses 10 gold/koku for
every time Mr. Loughlin catches them not
saying the word "meow." Mr. Loughlin
must be present for the card to be in effect.
