+1: Put your choice of a lifelink or deathtouch counter and a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
+2: Create a token that is a copy of another creature token you control.
+2: Until end of turn, Hrist get +2/+2 and trample and loses flying. Target creature gets a taunt counter (must block and attack Hrist)
