Hugh Dowding

Airplanes under your Command receive an additional +1/+1.
After an opponent declares their attack, Hugh
Dowding may remove an attacked airplane from
being attacked. The attacked airplane is not dealt damage from its original attacker and the attacker
will deal damage to the HQ unless it was blocked
by other defenders. The removed airplane may
be reassigned as a defender on another attacker.
