Hugo, Blindsighted by Love

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep,
guess the top card of your deck. After you guess,
reveal the top card. If you get it correct, you may
draw that card and tap a creature that the
opponent controls. If you guess wrong, you
discard that card and tap down a creature you
control. Those creatures tapped down by this
ability don't untap during that player's next
untap step.
