Whenever Human Flood Combat Form deals damage to an opponent or planeswalker, mill the top two cards of each opponent's library.
Although it cannot take as much damage as the Elite Combat Form, the human form has some advantages, being more agile, harder to hit due to its small size, and quicker to melee an opponent.
