Humanitarian or Oppressor

This is a card of duality. It is both a gift and a curse. On one hand, you change the terrain of the field to be less hospitable; on the other, you sacrifice 4 cards from your deck to build the grounds of your empire. This card nullifies any trap cards on the field.
