mana value equal to the number of +1/+1
counters on Hungry Gauth. Then put a number
of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the number of Artifacts sacrificed in this way. If you don't,
Hungry Gauth deals damage equal to the number
of +1/+1 counter on it to you and the opponent
with the most Artifacts gains control of it.
