When Hunted Sovereign enters the battlefield, target opponent puts two 1/1 red Human creature tokens onto the battlefield.
Whenever a creature blocks Hunted Sovereign or becomes blocked by Hunted Sovereign, that creature gains first strike until end of turn.
When Hunted Sovereign deals combat damage to
a player, that player may populate.
