Bounty Hunter

When revealed, give each opponent a bounty
counter. At the start of each opponent's turn and
when an opponent eliminates a player, they gain a
bounty counter. If you would eliminate another
player, take all their bounty counters. This role
cannot be turned face-down.

Win Condition: At the start of your turn, have 10
or more bounty counters.
