At the beginning of your endstep, look at the top
X cards of your library, where X is the combined
number of instant or sorceries spells you've casted
plus the number of Wizards you control. Reveal
one instant, sorcery, or Wizard card from among
those cards and put it into your hand. Put the rest
of the bottom of your library in a random order.
