When a spell or ability you control targets another creature, it gets a slipstream counter.
Hux cannot be blocked by creatures with a slipstream counter.
When Hux deals combat damage to a player,
draw a card. Then, draw an additional card
for each player who controls a creature with a slipstream counter.
