Hydra Head Master

When Hydra Head Master enters the battlefield, all hydras and Hydra heads get
+3/+3 until the end of turn. When the Hydra goes into combat, each player taps a creature
of their choice they control. Each player that tapped a creature taps a Hydra or Hydra head.
