Tap two untapped spies you control:
search your library for a card named Project
Insight, reveal it, and put it into your hand.
Then shuffle your library.
Tap four untapped spies you control: search
your hand or library for a card named
Project Insight and put it onto the battlefield
tapped. If you searched your library, then
shuffle.
