magical ability to allow the wearer to walk on
water for 10 minutes as if it where solid ground.
Resets after a short rest. Requires attunement.
Enhanced by Khem with merrow skin harvested
by April. When worn while swimming, these
boots enable you to swim at your normal walking
speed.
