Make a WEIRD roll. If you roll at least
a partial success, you draw in all the light
in an enclosed space creating a dazzling
burst which affects all nearby characters.
Affected characters must roll a full
success on either a SWOLE or GRACE
roll to avoid being blinded for two turns.
If that character knew you would use this
ability, they only need a partial success.
