Hyper-Space Transit

Exile target permanent. Return the exiled card to
the battlefield at the beginning of the next
combat phase, if the card is a creature it gains
haste until end of turn.
It is typically described as an alternative "sub-region"
of space co-existing with our own universe which may
be entered using an energy field or other device.
